Ati's Watch Mods specialises in creating and selling high-quality hand-modded watches that utilise NH35 movements from Time Module Inc. (TMI), a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII). Every watch is designed with passion and a deep respect for watchmaking tradition, using selected high-quality parts assembled by hand.
Important clarification:
No affiliation with Seiko: Ati's Watch Mods is not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Seiko Company, Grand Seiko, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The watches we sell are independent custom modifications that utilise the TMI NH35a movement. Our products should not be understood as products issued, authorised, or approved by Seiko or any other watch manufacturer.
Origin of components: All movements and parts are acquired through legitimate channels and used within the framework of our independent custom creations. Each watch is an expression of our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, assembled and adjusted by hand.
Customisation and quality: Each watch is an individual work of art, manually adjusted to ensure optimal precision. Our customisation process is a tribute to traditional watchmaking, offering our customers a unique piece that stands out in quality and design.

Welcome to Ati's Watch Mods. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ati's Watch Mods. Ati's Watch Mods operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Ati's Watch Mods is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information including your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Every watch sold by Ati's Watch Mods is a one-of-a-kind, hand-modded piece. No two builds are identical. Product images are representative of the actual item listed — what you see is the specific piece available for purchase.
All parts used in our builds are new, including movements, dials, bezels, and cases. We do not use reconditioned or salvaged components unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
We have made every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ati's Watch Mods reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
Since every piece is one of a kind, once a watch is sold it will not be reproduced. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
Custom mod orders: Custom commission orders are accepted subject to a 4-week turnaround from confirmation of your order. Custom builds are made specifically to your brief and are non-cancellable once production has begun. Custom mod pieces are non-returnable.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices do not include applicable customs duties, import taxes, or shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible payment options through Klarna, subject to Klarna's own terms and approval process. Klarna is a separate service provider and Ati's Watch Mods is not responsible for Klarna's lending decisions or terms.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All in-stock pieces ship within a few days of order confirmation. Custom mod orders ship within 4 weeks of order confirmation.
All orders are shipped worldwide, fully tracked and insured. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer.
International customers are responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked and insured return shipping service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
- Custom commission pieces are non-returnable, as they are built specifically to your brief

Your statutory rights: As a UK consumer, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply regardless of the above policy. Within 30 days of delivery you may be entitled to a full refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Between 30 days and six months, we are entitled to one opportunity to repair or replace before a refund is required. These statutory rights exist in addition to our returns policy above.
SECTION 7 - WARRANTY
Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Mechanical defects in the movement
- Parts failure resulting from the build
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water damage (unless waterproofing is explicitly stated in the product listing)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from unauthorised servicing or modification
Since every piece is one of a kind, like-for-like exchange is not possible. In the rare case of an unrepairable defect within the warranty period, a partial or full refund will be offered at our discretion.

SECTION 8 - PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Klarna. We do not store your payment card details. All payments are SSL encrypted.
SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, and design, is owned by Ati's Watch Mods or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent.
All third-party brand names referenced on this site (including Seiko, TMI, and others) are used for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Ati's Watch Mods is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Ati's Watch Mods. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Ati's Watch Mods.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services for any unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or harms others' use of the Services.

Except as expressly stated by Ati's Watch Mods, the Services and all products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
SECTION 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ati's Watch Mods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
